Wow Yeehaw Giddy Up Let's Go
Friday, July 19
Welcome Party - 5 p.m.
Yampa River Icehouse
Steamboat Pro Rodeo - 7 p.m.
Let’s kick off the weekend with a bang and get the whole gang together for some delicious barbecue and a real western Rodeo! Food and drinks will be served at 5 p.m., then at 7 p.m. we will make our way across the river to the Rodeo, about a 7 minute walk. Tickets will be provided. After the Rodeo, everyone is welcome back at the Icehouse for more drinks and dessert, or maybe you decide to be responsible and turn in early. Ha!
Attire - Let’s see what ya got! We want to see you in your best boots, hat, fringe, leather, chaps, you name it! Have some fun with it and dress to impress! We’ve all watched enough Yellowstone to understand the assignment.
Transportation to and from Icehouse is not available, so please take an Uber, or the city bus which is very easy to navigate.
Saturday, July 20
The Wedding - 4:30 p.m.
Flying Diamond Ranch
(Bus pick up - 3:45 p.m.)
The After - 11:00 p.m.
Old Town Pub
The wedding and ceremony will take place at Flying Diamond Ranch, about 20 minutes outside of town.
Transportation will be provided, with multiple buses picking up from central locations. Once you have booked your stay, kindly fill out your address on the RSVP page.
Attire - Black Tie Optional. The weather is typically warm during the day (mid-80s), but may get chilly at night (low-60s). A light wrap is recommended for the ladies. For those considering heels, the ceremony and cocktails will take place in the grass, while the reception is in a tent with hard flooring.
At 11 p.m. buses will depart Flying Diamond to either drop folks back in the Village, or to Old Town Pub to continue the party with live music and late night snacks. Whatever you decide, we will get you there! After Old Town Pub, buses will return to the Village for final drop offs.
Sunday, July 21
Farewell Brunch - 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Apres Burger Bistro
Hot Springs - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (or at your leisure)
Strawberry Park Hot Springs
We understand that all good things must come to an end and that you have to get home! But for those who can’t let the party end, or don’t have a flight to catch, we’ve planned a “brunch optional” gathering near the base of the mountain to recap the weekend and have a little hair of the dog!
Later in the afternoon we will venture to the Strawberry Park Hot Springs to rejuvenate with a little hot and cold plunge pool action. Remember your bathing suit!
Reservations are required, book your spot online and we’ll do our best to go together. We were unable to book a large group reservation. It’s about a 25 minute drive. Cash only upon entry.
